- Where are the Cybulskiego Guest Rooms?
We are located in the center of Krakow, 600 meters west of the Main Square. In a small quiet street between the streets Garncarska and Wenecja. You do not have to use public transport to visit the city. Please see the map of Krakow here.
- How to get to Cybulskiego street 6 after arriving in Krakow?
From the train station and bus station, you can arrive by tram line 2, 4, 14, 20, 24 two stops to Bagatela Theatre. And then go about 300 meters along Krupnicza street, turn left into Garncarska in 100 meters on your right side you will see Cybulskiego street. If you want to take a taxi we recommend you to take it from the upper platform, e.g. Radio Taxi 919. The cost of transport from the railway station should be no larger than 18 PLN. From Krakow Balice airport we offer car transport for 60 PLN (send us an email with details).
- How to get on foot to Old Town?
Just about 5 minutes walk to Old Town. From the house turn right and then left into Garncarska street, then again right down the Studencka street, after 300 meters cross the Podwale street, then down the street Św. Anny reaches the Market Square.
- How to book a room?
Best way is to send an e-mail or call us. You can also use the online booking system on our website but remember that not all the rooms are available. Go to the reservation.
- How do I change the date of the reservation?
Please send an email or call us.
- How to pay for booking?
We do not require any fee when booking. You pay for accommodation on arrival at our facility in Polish zloty or Euros. We accept credit cards
- Can I pay by credit card and can I have a VAT invoice?
Yes we accept most credit cards.
Of course, VAT invoices.
- Do I have to pay an advance for the night?
The advances we accept only during periods of high occupancy. (e.g. a long weekend in May, New Year)
- How to get the keys to the room?
We are waiting for you at the reception on the street Cybulskiego 6 (Cross Street with Garncarska). Please use the button RECEPTION or flat No. 5 (Stefaniuk) at the gate of the house.
- What is the check in and check out time ?
Check in with us starting at 14 00 (arrival day) till 11 00 (day of departure).
- Where can I park my car?
On the street - in the city center area of paid parking spaces fee of 6 PLN per hour, Monday through Saturday from 10 00 to 20 00. Details >>.
In the parking lot - it is possible to reserve a space in our parking lot 200 meters from the hotel costs 40 PLN per night to do so please contact us.
On the street outside - it's free just 1000 meters from the hotel zone is no longer valid. See the map.
- Is it possible to be in the room longer than to 11.00?
Yes, whenever possible. Ask at the reception.
- Is smoking allowed in rooms?
The rooms are non-smoking.
